Partner Description

The Leibniz-Institut für Gewässerökologie und Binnenfischerei (FVBIGB) is a research institute of the Leibniz Association and member of the Berlin-Brandenburg Institute of Advanced Biodiversity Research (BBIB; www.bbib.org). FVB-IGB is dedicated to generating, disseminating and applying knowledge about freshwater ecosystems (www.igb-berlin.de). Working in close partnership with the scientific community, agencies and the private sector, FVB-IGB seeks to advance basic science and develop innovative solutions to pressing problems facing fresh waters and humans.
